Sessions and Tuition
Classes are taught in 8-week sessions. Students can enroll and start classes at any time during the 8 week session. We operate on perpetual enrollment basis; meaning, provided you pay your tuition on time, your child automatically remains registered for his/her class. There is no need to re-register each session. Tuition is due 2 weeks before each session. If you know you will not be attending the next session, please inform us as soon as possible so that we make arrange to move another child into that spot. Remember, your timely tuition payment secures your child’s enrollment for the next session. If you miss a tuition deadline, call us right away so we can help you get your child re-enrolled or placed in another class.
Billing and Payment
Invoices are emailed each session. Please make sure that we have your preferred email address. You can pay online through our website via a credit card, debit card, or e-check. You can also mail in your payment or stop by the Front Desk and pay by debit card, credit card, check or cash.
Automatic Debit
You may arrange to have your tuition automatically drawn from your account of choice each session. We will send an email statement summarizing your payment and account status.
Automatic Credit Card Payment
Your payment can be automatically charged to a credit card prior to each session. We will send an email statement summarizing your payment and account status.
Annual Membership Fee
There is a $30 Annual Membership fee for individuals and a $55 Annual Family Membership Fee for families with more than one child enrolled.
Absences/Make Ups
We understand that there are times when a child is not able to attend class. If your child is absent we will be happy to arrange a makeup (one makeup per child per session). We ask that students make up their absence in the session that it was incurred or within 2-3 weeks after the next session begins. If you schedule a makeup and then cannot attend the makeup, we will help you reschedule the makeup provided you give us 24 hours notice. Makeups are not available in team programs and/or discounted programs.
Holidays
We are closed on the following Holidays:
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Halloween (we close at 3:00 p.m.)
Thanksgiving (Thursday - Sunday)
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
(If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will observe the holiday on the ensuing Monday.)
Transfers, Withdrawals and Refunds
We ask that you avoid transferring into a different class or withdrawing from a class in the middle of a session. At the same time, we understand that there are times when making a change is unavoidable or in the best interest of your child and your family. In these situations, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
What to Wear
We have certain guidelines with respect to what students should wear to class. While some of these guidelines are based on comfort or modesty, most are based on safety. Dress Code guidelines are program specific and are listed in the individual section of each Program.
