California Elite has a terrific Party Program! Our Party Program is designed for both girls AND boys! Kids love to be the center of attention at Cal Elite and having your party here is the perfect way to make your child’s birthday fun and memorable for all. Our goal is to provide a great time for the kids with no work or clean up for you!

A Few Details

How Long are the Parties? Our parties are two hours long. The children spend the first hour in the Big Gym and the last hour in your party room.

How Many Guests Can We Invite? The standard party is for 20 participants (including the birthday child). We will assign two Cal Elite party coaches to your party. We can accommodate more guests. Just let us know how many extra guests you are expecting and we will add additional coaches to your party. There is an extra fee for the bigger parties.

What is the Minimum Age for Participants: Our parties are designed for children 3 years and older. It is also helpful to us if there is not a big age difference between guests. We prepare entirely different activities for 3-5 year olds than what we prepare for 12-13 year olds.

What Do the Kids Do During the Party? You will be able to design your child’s party by choosing from our list of party activities. Your party will rotate from one activity to the next, ensuring that the kids are busy and happy. It is important that each party rotates on schedule as we have other parties going on at the same time and we want to ensure that everyone gets time to do their favorite activities. The kids love our trampolines and foam pit. They also enjoy the bounce house, rock wall and obstacle course. We have music, parachutes, tunnels, ladders, sack races, hoop games, ring toss, and a multitude of other fun activities to choose from.

What About Food? We have three Party Packages. Package 1 provides that you to bring your own food, cake and ice cream. Packages 2 and 3 include pizza and other goodies. Call regarding our Party Packages.

What Days/Times Can I Have My Party? Parties may be booked on Saturdays from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. We can also accommodate parties during the weekdays, if you prefer.

Do I Have to Be a Member of Cal Elite to Have My Party There? No, but Cal Elite members receive a discount. If your child is not a member of Cal Elite and you book a party for him or her with us (and pay the slightly higher non-member rate) you will be given a one year membership. You may then choose to take classes, attend Open Gym (at the lower member’s rate), attend Parents’ Night Out, sign up for camp, and enjoy all the other benefits of membership at Cal Elite.
